East Texas Awards & Engraving has been serving the awards and personalized-gift needs of citizens of Shelby County and surrounding counties for a number of years, but recently its presence on the west side of Center's historic square has added to its convenience and popularity. Then in early 2016 Betsy Swanzy celebrated her new ownership and management with the Chamber's famous Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, and new customers as well as returning ones joined the celebration. Since that grand opening, production of awards has been non-stop for sports teams, churches, civic organizations, and governmental bodies; and more and more, individuals are visiting the store to purchase personalized gifts and t-shirts.
