Sublimation

Sublimation is a computer printer process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, aluminum or fabric. Many sublimation printers are used for photographic prints, ID cards, and so on. The end result of the sublimation process is a nearly permanent, high resolution, full color print. The prints will not crack, fade or peel from the item under normal conditions.

Cloth material of poly/synthetic nature is permanently dyed in the sublimation process so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image. Photo blankets, scarves, school lunch bags, stadium seats---all can be personalized and uniquely your own.
A small list of items that can be sublimated include: aluminum, brass and steel identification tags, serialized data plates, instrument panels, push button/relay plates, directional signage, tow hitch plates, license plates, ADA / Braille signage, full color name tags (with logos), room numbering, corporate gifts / awards, trophy plates / plaques.
